New Products－－JTX-Ⅳ Washability Tester

JTX-IV Washability Tester (resistant to washing and stain ) is based on the standard of GB/T 9266 "architectural coating testing for the washability of coating" and the standard of GB/T 9755 "synthetic resin emulsion exterior wall paint", and the requirements for the washing test in Appendix C and the standard of GB/T 9780 "test method for stain resistance of architectural coatings" on pollution resistance. The requirements for the design and manufacture of the stain test are used to evaluate the washability and stain resistance of the coating. It can also be used to evaluate the properties of the coated surface (such as paint, electroplating, floor, cover layer, wood density, etc.). The device washes the paint on the standard test plate. The frequency of washing can be controlled and read out by touch screen. The scrubbing resistance of the coating was evaluated according to the number of times to be washed, and the stain resistance of the coating was evaluated according to the contrast before and after washing.
