Ⅱ. Characteristics and structure：

The tank liner is made of mirror stainless steel or high-quality galvanized sheet, and the inner corner of the working room is circular arc, which makes the temperature in the tank more uniform. The shell of the box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is sprayed with plastic, which makes the shape more beautiful and novel.

The door of the box is made of three layers of tempered glass and thermal insulation fibers, which are embedded in the door, so that the heated items in the box can be clearly observed.

Heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring is installed at the joint between the working room and the door to ensure the sealing between the working room and the door.

Adopt microcomputer PID temperature controller with temperature control protection and digital display, with timing function and reliable temperature control accuracy.

The hot air circulation system consists of a fan that can run continuously at high temperature and a suitable air duct. The temperature in the working room is uniform.

This product has the advantages of high temperature control precision, small overshoot, small fluctuation and temperature limit alarm system, and an independent over-temperature protection system can be added according to the needs of users, which can improve the safety performance of the product.

The air door regulator regulates the amount of air in and out of the box through the air door knob located at the back of the box. (Horizontal 90 series, the air quantity in and out of the box can be adjusted through the throttle adjuster knob on the panel)
