1. XD-748 exposure rack hanging plate operation instructions:

(1) The sample hanging position can be on the fence of offshore platform. First, fix the test piece on the sample rack, and then install the sample rack at the hanging point and fix it vertically, as shown in Figure 1.

(2)Take test plates according to the following time points: There are four kinds of hanging plates, namely bare steel plates and three kinds of coating supporting hanging plates, all of which are numbered, as shown in the following table for details. When hanging, the boards will be hung from top to bottom in the order from small to large, and three boards of each board will be removed in the following order every quarter.

(3)The removed hanging boards shall be stored in sealed bags and brought back to the land for testing and analysis every quarter.

 

2. XD-749 chloride ion deposition rate sampling plate operating instructions:

For the chloride ion sampling plate shown in Figure 2, the middle grid is chlorine-free gauze with an area of 100mm2. The sampling period is 12 times, once every 30 days.

Chloride ion deposition rate test:

(1) vertically installing a chloride ion sampling plate at a selected position;

(2) During the test, every 30 days, the chloride ion sampling gauze was removed and sealed with a self-sealing bag;

(3) Install new chlorine ion sampling gauze at the same time, and after replacing the sampling gauze every time, use waterproof tape to stick and seal around the sampling plate to prevent water from entering;

(4) The sampled gauze shall be properly preserved and recycled to land for testing and analysis every quarter.

(5) The chlorine ion sampling gauze can be removed/replaced at fixed time points.

3.XD-750 sulfur dioxide deposition rate sampling board operating instructions:

Sulfur dioxide deposition rate test:

(1) Install the sulfur dioxide sampler at the selected position, with the sampling port facing downwards, as shown in Figure 3;

(2) During the test, take off the sulfur dioxide sampling filter paper every 30 days and seal it with a self-sealing bag;

(3) Install new sulfur dioxide sampling filter paper at the same time. After replacing the sampling filter paper every time, use waterproof tape to stick and seal around the sampling board to prevent water from entering;

(4) The sampled filter paper is recovered to the land for detection and analysis every quarter.

(5) Sulfur dioxide sampling gauze can be removed/replaced at fixed time points.

Precautions:

(1) Each hanging board test board removed every quarter shall be sealed and stored in a separate self-sealing bag, and shall not be mixed, and the actual date, time and mark+number (for example, EI-1 and No.1) information shall be marked on the self-sealing bag;

(2) Test the sampling gauze for chloride ion deposition rate. Use a self-sealing bag to seal the gauze removed every month, and don't mix them to avoid errors in sampling test data, and mark the actual date and time information on the self-sealing bag;

(3) Sampling filter paper for sulfur dioxide deposition rate test. The filter paper removed every month should be sealed and stored in a self-sealing bag alone, and should not be mixed to avoid errors in sampling and testing data, and the actual date and time information should be marked on the self-sealing bag;

(4) The sampling gauze and filter paper shall be replaced and installed in strict accordance with the requirements, and the sealing performance of the adhesive tape shall be ensured to avoid the error of test data caused by rainwater leakage;

(5) Designate a fixed person or post, complete the above operations according to the time requirements, and properly keep the test hanging board, sampling gauze and sampling filter paper materials until they are retrieved for testing and analysis every quarter.
