Ⅰ. Introduction:

The biggest feature of M-FOG cyclic corrosion tester is that it adopts PLC and touch screen controller. It controls all the functions of the testing machine. Good man-machine interface makes parameter setting, setting browsing, curve query and data export very convenient. The box is made of titanium plate. Titanium is called "the metal of the future" because of its light weight, high strength, strong heat resistance, low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The box has reasonable structure, compact appearance, beautiful shape and excellent performance.

Ⅱ. Structure: 

M-FOG testing machine is made of titanium material with high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It won't pollute your sample. The test chamber and the box cover are sturdy, thick-walled structures with low thermal conductivity, which enables you to control the temperature effectively and accurately. The plastics used to make M-FOG are all flame retardant and temperature resistant materials.

1. Overall dimensions: 1500*1740*2140mm (width * depth * height)
2. Inner box size: 800*800*960mm (width * depth * height)
3. Modeling angle: the top cover is 100 ~ 120, and a concave sump is designed around the opening of the box to prevent the condensed water from leaking when the box cover is opened.
4. There is a window on the box cover, and there is internal lighting in the box, so that you can easily see the sample and monitor the exposure conditions.
