1. Pneumatic lifting column:

Consists of a cylinder with a guide device. The cylinder adopts a double-acting cylinder with buffer, and the user provides a clean air source. A three-position four-way manual reversing valve is used to control the up and down movement of the cylinder.

2. Transmission device:
The main motor is fastened to the transmission cover and is driven by a V-belt wheel to drive the dispersion shaft to rotate.

3. Dispersing impeller device:
The dispersing impeller is composed of blades and upper and lower flanges, all made of stainless steel.

V. Equipment maintenance and precautions: 

1. Keep the air supply clean. Proper lubrication of moving parts.
2. If the equipment is not used for a long time, maintenance should be done. Protect the lubrication of each moving part.
3. The new triangle tape should be the same length to avoid uneven force.
4. The equipment is equipped with lifting limit control. Only when the dispersed axis is lowered to the lowest point can the dispersed axis be started.
5. After the decentralized operation is over, please press the "emergency stop" button before performing operations such as changing buckets or cleaning, so as to avoid accidentally turning on the decentralized shaft rotation by accidentally touching the "start" button.
6. This machine is used in the test process of chemical raw materials. The user should establish appropriate safety and health protection measures and determine the rules and regulations in accordance with relevant safety regulations before use. The safety issues related to the contact with chemical raw materials should be established by the user and are not within the scope of this manual.
