It is for casting wet film of required thickness to determine hiding power, gloss, or preparing panel for testing specimen, etc.
Put the panel on the plane table, fix it when the Wire-wound rods/Formed Rods is being pulled. The panel is not allowed to move. Place Wire-wound rods/Formed Rods with desired wet film on the stipulated position of substrate, then pour coating in front of Wire-wound rods/Formed Rods in pulling direction. Hold the handle with hand; pull at uniform speed (approx. 150mm/s), coat required wet film thickness. Clean the Wire-wound rods/Formed Rods with solvent and wipe-dry after every use.
