Ⅰ.Application:

The adjustable film coater can adjust the lower scraper up and down by adjusting the two digital differentiators above the film coater to control the gap, that is, the thickness of the final coating. When scraping, adjust the gap of the scraper every 1 micron, and the coating range is 0 ~ 1500 μm.

1.When the button on the left side of the microscope is the on-off button, touch switch will start the machine, and then press it again to turn it off. Do not press it for a long time, otherwise the zero position will change. The buttons on the right side switch between ABS/INC measurement mode and in/mm unit. ABS is an absolute measurement mode, and the instrument works in this mode by default. INC incremental measurement system, when switching to this mode, INC will be displayed in the upper right corner, and the current value will be cleared, so please pay attention when using it. Press the right button for 3 seconds, and the instrument will automatically switch the measurement unit (in/mm).

2.Carefully take out the instrument, press the on key, and display the current scraper position separately by digital microscope. If it is necessary to adjust "0", place the instrument on the flat plate and rotate the two differential heads at the same time. When the reading of the two differential heads is "0.000", it means that the scraper is at the zero position.

3.Rotate the differentiator and adjust the scraper to the required gap, that is, the required coating thickness. Then, the two side plates are held by hand and scraped on the template to prepare the required coating.

4. After use, wash and dry the instrument with solvent. Adjust the scraper to make the spring in a relaxed state to reduce the fatigue of the spring. Put the instrument in the package.
